At merry-christmas.co, we want your holiday home to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your festive decor, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the holiday items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the unused items in their original seasonal packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
